Easter Special Release
Costa Rica Las Lajas Alma Negra is freshly roasted just in time for Easter long weekend.
Super clean and sweet, it's a faithfully flavoured single origin that challenged our roasters when it landed on the cupping table.
So when we roasted it, we aimed to push the boundary and roast it as light as possible without retaining any woody notes. We were struck by Alma Negra's delicate flavours where raisin and date rise over a choc, caramel and cherry finish.
What you taste in your cup is a fruit-forward, caramel-based brew that's a poignant Easter flavour.
Brew it hot for a fruity, complex cup. Enjoy it as cold brew for a juicy, refreshing caffeine kick.
