What is the Danes Bean Rewards Program?
It's our loyalty program to reward our infrequent buyers (those without a subscription) by giving them 10% OFF for life!
Members earn 1 Bean Reward point for every $1 spent on coffee. Every 100 points can be redeemed for a $10 voucher off coffee, and up to 300 points can be redeemed at a time.
Looking for better discounts? Consider a subscription for 15% OFF for life.
Are there exclusions to the Bean Rewards Program?
Yes. Bean Rewards:
- Cannot be used on non-coffee items
- Cannot be used on subscriptions at checkout
- Cannot be redeemed during promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday) or in conjunction with any other discounts
Where are my points?
Use the Bean Rewards widget on the left-hand side of our website to log in, view your balance and manage rewards.
Do discounts apply to coffee beans?
Discounts on coffee beans are subject to the following conditions:
- Applies to coffee beans only
- Excludes bulk coffee and subscriptions
- Cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers or coupons
- Valid only for the advertised sale period
- There might be shipping delays during sale periods
How do I redeem my rewards?
When eligible, open the Bean Rewards widget and follow the prompts. Your reward code will automatically be applied at checkout.
Can I earn Bean Rewards on subscriptions?
No, Bean Rewards are only for those who have no set frequency when enjoying their coffee from us. Out subscription offers a higher discount overall of 15% OFF + Free Shipping on all coffee order over 500g.
Can I use Bean Rewards on a subscription?
Orders and subscriptions placed before midday are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
