Our coffee is packed using a highly specialised oxygen-removal process. Each bag includes a one-way valve that allows natural degassing while preventing oxygen from entering. Once sealed, the beans are protected from oxidation, allowing them to remain fresh and continue to develop naturally in the bag.
Unopened, our coffee remains fresh for at least 30 days from roast.
Thanks to our packing process, our beans have an extended shelf life and continue to develop flavour after roasting.
Store coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Some coffees continue to evolve over several weeks, and the difference is going to be more noticeable when compared side by side; the times above are for the most ideal taste.
Yes. If you would like the freshest possible roast date (sooner than 2 weeks old), simply add a note to your order. We will confirm shipping dates for all special requests.
Yes, grinding is available for 200g, 250g, 400g, and 500g bags only. A range of grind options is available for different brew methods.
We recommend allowing coffee to rest for 4–5 days before grinding, as grinding too early releases aromatics prematurely and can result in flatter flavour.

Shipping is charged on the first subscription order only, and this first order must be 500g or more. This is in place to prevent misuse of the free shipping offer.
From your second subscription charge onwards, shipping is completely free, provided your subscription remains at 500g or more.

We ship using Australia Post and selected courier partners. Options include standard and express delivery, selectable at checkout. Where possible, we use carbon-neutral delivery services.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is packed. Updates are provided via email and/or SMS.

All coffees are available via subscription. Single origin subscriptions must be set up using the “Featured Origin” option, as these coffees rotate regularly.

Yes. Subscriptions of 500g or more receive free shipping from the second order onwards. The first order incurs standard shipping.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt and approved prior to return. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
