Danes Specialty Coffee is an Australian business located at 28 Dales Street, Brookvale NSW 2100. You can contact us on 02-9938 4522 (within Australia) or +61-2-9938 4522 (outside Australia).

Orders are accepted from and shipped to Australian addresses.  International enquires are welcomed, however please email info@danes.com.au with your requirements for a customised quote.

You will receive email confirmation of the products you have purchased. Danes Specialty Coffee will include an itemised tax invoice of goods upon shipment, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Non food products are G.S.T inclusive. 

Delivery Information

To provide the fastest and best possible delivery service we use both Australia Post and the Shippit delivery service. Shippit use various couriers to deliver your products depending on your location in Australia. If you prefer to have your order sent by Australia Post, please indicate this in the comments/notes section when placing your order.

We do not offer shipping insurance. Products will be delivered within 2 - 7 working days depending on the postcode area.

Free shipping applies to orders over $50 for coffee, tea and coffee subscriptions. Otherwise the shipping cost is determined by the total value of products purchased (including GST if applicable).

International Shipping

For International shipping rates, please email info@danes.com.au for a customised quote.  Please note, all shipping costs, import duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

Returns Policy

Danes Specialty Coffee reserve the right to refuse to refund should you change your mind. Claims should be reported to Danes Specialty Coffee within 3 days of the receipt of the goods and all claims must be approved prior to the return of the product, along with a copy of the invoice. All items returned must be in their original packaging or will not be accepted for return. No refund will be given on delivery costs or costs incurred by the customer in return of the goods. Danes Specialty Coffee will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold.

Payment Information & Security

Our online shop accepts payment via Credit Card or Paypal.

Credit Card

We accept Visa or Mastercard. Payments are securely processed by STRIPE. Your payments details are protected during transmission using 256bit SSL encryption. We do not store any part of your credit card number, expiry date or ccv number on our server.

Discount coupons and Flash Sales

Discount coupons or flash sale offers / product discounts offered to customers cannot be used for coffee subscriptions, wholesale accounts or 5 x 1kg bulk buys.
