Our expert team will test your water and provide a Certificate of Measurements for key coffee-related water parameters found at your commercial premises.

From there, we develop a customised water optimisation program tailored to your business, ensuring your water meets the ideal standards for both coffee quality and machine longevity.

Our Process

Step 1: Comprehensive
Water Audit

We test for the right things in the right places, ensuring your water supports both great coffee taste and machine performance. 

Measuring water at incoming supply, group heads, and the boiler gives us the view into all circuits validating optimal water is present.

✔ Mineral Content (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺) are targets we monitor –  while aiding coffee extraction, excessive amounts impact taste and cause scale buildup.
✔ Chlorine/Chloramine Levels – We manage these necessary for bacteria control, but to levels not harmful to both flavour and machine components.
✔ pH Stability Under Heat – PH is monitored closely.  When unstable it leads to excessive corrosion & flavorless extracted coffee.
✔ Chlorides & Sulfates – Monitored to ensure they support flavour and dont hinder machine longevity.

Once we analyse your water, we build a customised water treatment plan designed to:

✔ Enhance Coffee flavour – Perfect your water chemistry for balanced extractions.
