A pleasant change

A pleasant change from my normal coffee. Really enjoyed but I don't think I could have it continuously, the fruitiness is rather strong, more than the 35% would suggest. Amazing aroma

Hi,
As I already still had a fair bit of coffee at the time, I’m only about to get into your Resurrection coffee now. I’m not exactly happy, even though we not talking a large amount. I’ve just looked at this ‘250g’ bag of Resurrection and thought it wasn’t exactly full. I’ve just weighed it on my micro scale and it weighs in at 213g. Please guys, keep a tighter tab on this sort of stuff, especially being one of your more expensive coffees. I do have a picture of the sealed bag if you’d like me to submit it.

Unique blend

A unique and strong fruity flavour that is unlike other coffees I’ve tried (though I’m not particularly experienced). Nevertheless, this is one that I greatly enjoy with milk in rotation with other more chocolatey roasts.

Wow! Flavour explosion!

Love this blend. Full of flavour. I've been grinding at 0.8 on a Lagom P100 and brewing with the Breville Dual Boiler (slow ramp down via slayer mod). It's very fine but suitable for this lighter roast. I much prefer this with milk than the single origins.

A displeasing confusion of flavours

This coffee does not please. It is neither the lightly roasted fruity and spicy or the chocolatey it says on the packet but a confusion of both to the detriment of the blend and this is not an experience I enjoy. A disappointment and an expensive mistake for me.
