
The moderate
Decaf is a full flavoured experience made with a Swiss Water Process© to retain the character of its Colombian and Mexican origins. Water is used to gently extract the caffeine from the beans which we roast to deliver a gratifying flavour that’s as good as the real thing.
Roaster’s description
Black - Sweet and fruity, rounded with hints of clove and aniseed.
White - Honey sweetness with delicate vanilla and caramels. Hints of malt lead into a candy finish.
