How to Brew Cascara:

Cold Brew Method: 

Ratio: 1:12 (cascara:water)

Time: 16 hours

Brew method: Cold filtered water, allow to brew in fridge, keep cold until served! 

Hot Brew Method:

Ratio: 1:21 (cascara:water)

Dose: 12g

Water: 250g

Time: 5:00 minutes

Temperature: 93C

Brew Method: Strain and serve!
