Shared this coffee with friends over Australia day holiday, they were very impressed and drank more than their normal amount of coffee on the day ! Another winner !

The perfect balance

For me, Black Velvet is an incredibly versatile blend. Its medium-roast acidic complexity adds X factor to milky coffees without tipping over into a weird fruit/milk clash. The same acidity gives fruity pep to black coffees - and both are supported by a solid, toasty “coffee coffee” base.
This is my daily driver blend, and also the best place to introduce cautious folk to more complex, less roasty coffee.

Krumbs Carumba now has a rival for my morning cappaccino.

I did not believe I could be led astray and become unfaithful to Carumba. But now it is true.Black Velvet is now my weekend bit on the side.
